Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully. Failure to abide by this binding contract could result in account suspension or claim of damages from StreamBit.
General Terms
StreamBit reserves the right to terminate or dismiss any channel for any reason it deems necessary. You have the right to an appeals process. Maximum suspension lengths are 1 year for non "Outlawed" rule breaks.
Content tiers
All content on StreamBit must be appropriately categorised. The following tiers define what is and is not permitted.
Outlawed — strictly prohibited
- Death / Gore
- Pornography
- Content which you do not own the copyright for
- Any content which will harm or endanger StreamBit from operating as a platform
- Any acts which break the law in the host country where the media was produced or recorded
18+ — age-restricted content
This content must be marked as 18+ and must be legal in your area.
- Drug-related content
- Revealing attire, provided relevant areas are covered
- Gambling, including video game gambling such as loot box content (must not make up the majority of stream time)
Teen (13–17)
Swearing is permitted in this category. Watershed rules do not apply to Teen and above.
Kids (0–12)
Content in this category must be appropriate for all ages and viewable by children. We expect content to abide by Ofcom's Watershed guidelines.
Changes to these terms
StreamBit reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
